Our Accommodation

The Belmont has a selection of self-contained flats for 2 to 5 persons, some with separate bedroom & 2 bedrooms are also available. Flats 1, 4, & 6 have Sea Views and flats 1, 2 & 3 are situated on the ground floor for the less abled.

Flats 2, 3 and 5 allow pets free of charge. Travel cots and high chairs are available on request at booking, as these are provided free of charge they are limited.

All of our holiday flats are fully furnished and equipped with microwave, cooker, fridge with freezer compartment or fridge freezer in 4 & 5 person flats, LCD TV with built-in Freeview, cooking utensils, bedding and quilts. Each flat also has its own bathroom with toilet, sink and shower.

• A pay-phone is situated in the main hallway.
• Front Door and Flat Keys are provided.
• CCTV installed for your peace of mind.
• Constant Hot Water.
• Central heating included during winter months. Flats also contain additional heating appliances.
• Bed linen is provided although towels are not.
• All Flats are separately metered £1.00 coin.
• Deposit required to secure booking.
• Balance in full 4 weeks prior to arrival.
• Please Note: Guests are requested to arrive between 1.00pm & 3.00pm to allow time for flats to be fully serviced (unless pre-arranged) and to vacate no later than 10.00am on the day of departure. THANKYOU.
